Beginner Aerobic Workout

  • Learn fitness and aerobic basics
  • 45 minutes

 

Aerobic Workout Plus (Workout)

  • Floor aerobics, plus strengthening exercises with free weights!                                                                                         
  • Low Impact, high intensity workout!
  • 1 hour & 15 minutes
  • FREE for Family Members

  • One day of Pilates & One day of Yoga                                                           
  • Improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation
  • 60 minutes

 

Advanced Pilates/Yoga

  • One day of Pilates & One day of Yoga                                                        
  • Improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation                                                         
  • For those who have completed Beginner level
  • 60 minutes

 

Ballroom Dance

  • Learn classic dances, such as the foxtrot, salsa, waltz, cha cha, and swing.
  • 60 minutes

Boot Camp

  • High intensity class will challenge your body with timed training segments, calisthenics, and power moves!
  • Will strengthen, tone, and increase your overall fitness level

Cardio Kickboxing

  • A great combination of kickboxing, cardio, athletic moves & more!

Circuit Training

  • The cross training class with it all!                                                                   
  • Go through cardio and strengthening stations for a great workout for the beginner or advanced exerciser!

Pi Yo

  • This combination of Pilates & Yoga exercises will have you moving in no time!

Sculpt & Define

  • Use free weights and medicine balls to strengthen and tone the entire body!                                                                                                  
  • A 15 - 20 minute Ab workout in every class!
  • 55 minutes

 

SilverSneakers I – Muscle Strength & Range of Movement

  • Muscle strength, flexibility, and range of motion exercises
  • Utilizing resistance bands, exercise balls, and a chair for stability and support
  • 45 minutes
  • FREE for SilverSneakers Members

 

 

Step & Sculpt

  • A combination of step aerobics and strength training.
  • Will use steps, hand weights, and various exercises to work the entire body.
  • 45 minutes

 

Tai Chi

  • This is a gentle, slow moving exercise regime
  • Increase flexibility, improve posture, strengthen the mind and
  • body, as well as helping you relax
  • 60 minutes
  • This class will not meet for Session II
  • This class will meet for 9 weeks from September 9th – November 4th

 

Thigh-N-Ab Solutions

  • A great class to tone & strengthen the entire body!

WOW – Women On Weights

  • Tone and strengthen the entire body through a variety of exercises!

Youth Fitness (formerly Jr. High Fitness & Weights)

  • For any youth ages 11 and up.                                                         
  • Learn how to use fitness equipment properly, proper gym etiquette, and good workout techniques.
  • Class will vary meeting location between the Gyms, MPR, Fitness Center, and Weight Room.
