10 Days Boot Camp

 Start the New Years off with a challenge! 

 

 

·        Each day you will meet with your group and group leader for a predeter-mined workout lasting 45minutes-1 hour.

·        Workouts will incorporate a variety of exercises, equipment, and methods.

·        Advantage of boot camp is you can set your own intensity level.

·        Designed for beginners to advanced. Limited space available.

 

 

 Looking to offering boot camp either once a month or every other month!!!
